Production Member - 2nd shift Vacuum Forming
Purpose:
Production Member produces quality products at takt time. They assemble both finished products and sub assembly components. They are required to produce products using electric and air powered tools, hand tools, auto assemble fixtures, and interface with robot controls. Each production member require good eye & hand coordination. Production teammates are required to read and understand work instructions. Understand bar code scan guns and how to use functions to report production. Each production teammate is responsible for supporting the company''s mission statement and the overall business objective.
Nature & Scope:
Production members are required to have good verbal and written communication skills. Some production teammates may work in high performance team environment while others work independently to obtain company goals. Production teammates are expected to follow one-piece flow unless otherwise directed. They are also required to read and follow standard work. Periodically, production members are required to attend additional job training to ensure continuous improvement.
Dimensions:
Maintain work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition
Detect and report defective materials or equipment issues
Follow all safety processes and procedures
Meet delivery targets
Reduce cost while continuing to produce quality items
Produce parts to standards
